These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and YASIN TRADE LLC regarding Runner. By creating an account or using Runner, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into an agreement, and authorized to perform the applicable work. You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly update information that changes. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared.
2. What Runner provides
Runner is a task distribution and workforce coordination platform. It may allow eligible users to view and claim pickup assignments, receive notices, manage availability, and use attendance or support features. Runner does not guarantee that any task will be available, awarded, or maintained.
3. Independent services
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, use of Runner does not create an employment relationship with YASIN TRADE LLC. Drivers remain responsible for their vehicle, licensing, insurance, taxes, expenses, legal eligibility, and compliance with assignment requirements. A carrier or dispatch partner may provide separate delivery instructions, technology, and contractual terms.
4. Tasks and assignment information
Task information may include estimates. Package volume, timing, availability, and final allocation may change based on actual warehouse conditions. Claiming a task indicates your good-faith intent to appear on time and satisfy the applicable pickup requirements. Cancellation, attendance, and eligibility rules shown in Runner or communicated by an authorized dispatch team may apply.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Runner, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, interfere with the service, access another person's account, scrape or reverse engineer the platform, upload unlawful content, bypass safety controls, or use information obtained through Runner for an unauthorized purpose.
6. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, partners, the platform, or the public; investigate suspected misuse; respond to expired or invalid qualifications; comply with law; or enforce these terms. You may stop using Runner and request account deletion at any time, subject to required record retention.
7. Disclaimers and limitation
Runner is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, task availability, earnings, or any specific assignment outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YASIN TRADE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Runner.
8. Changes and contact
