This Privacy Policy applies to Runner, a driver task distribution platform operated by YASIN TRADE LLC (“Runner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Runner allows approved independent drivers to view and claim available pickup assignments, receive operational announcements, manage availability, and use attendance-related features.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account and contact information, such as name, telephone number, email address, preferred language, and login credentials.
• Driver qualification information, which may include driver's license details, vehicle information, insurance information, and documents you choose or are required to upload.
• Profile, warehouse preferences, availability, support requests, appeals, and other information you submit.

Information generated when you use Runner

• Task activity, including viewed, claimed, canceled, completed, or historical assignments.
• Attendance and location information when you use location-based check-in or other features requiring location.
• Device and technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, notification token, diagnostic data, and security logs.
• Communications and announcements delivered through Runner and your interactions with them.

3. How we use information

• Create, verify, secure, and maintain your Runner account.
• Review driver eligibility and provide access to appropriate assignments.
• Show relevant tasks based on approved warehouses, location, availability, and account status.
• Support task claiming, attendance, notifications, announcements, and driver support.
• Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our policies.
• Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
• Analyze and improve Runner's reliability, safety, and usability.

4. Location, camera, and notifications

Runner requests device permissions only when needed for a feature. Location may be used to verify arrival within an authorized pickup area. Camera or photo-library access may be used to upload qualification or support documents. Notifications may be used for task availability, schedule changes, announcements, and account alerts. You can manage permissions in your device settings, although disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

5. When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Authorized dispatch teams, warehouse operators, and delivery partners when needed to administer an assignment.
• Service providers supporting cloud hosting, identity verification, communications, mapping, analytics, security, and customer support.
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Runner, meet operational and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Retention periods vary by data type and applicable law. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information; however, no electronic system is completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You may review or update certain profile information in Runner. You may initiate account deletion inside the app and may also contact us regarding access, correction, deletion, or other rights provided by applicable law. We may verify your identity before completing a request. Some records may be retained when legally required or necessary for fraud prevention, safety, disputes, or financial recordkeeping.

8. California privacy notice

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, and to receive information about disclosures. Runner does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. To submit a request, email us using the privacy contact above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

9. Children

Runner is intended for adults authorized to perform driver assignments and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.

10. Changes and contact
